Create a Share Shortcut
Create a share shortcut when you need to sync a folder pair with long folder
paths. There is a 260 character limit on the combined folder paths. Creating
shortcuts will enable you to bypass this limitation and sync deep folders.
Using the Command Line

Select start - Run - type in cmd
(or start the command line interface by your preferred method).

Type NET USE [DriveLetter:] \\path\name (for example, NET USE
Z: \\my\long\path\name).
Using the User Interface

Open Windows Explorer.

Select Tools.

Select Map Network Drive.

Select the drive letter.

Browse to the long path name you want to map.

Select Finish.
